:Poor communication. Delivery dated was extended very far, and I agreed because based on samples the singer is talented. 1st delivery, in English, I could not understand it. "The" and "they," sounded like "da" and "day." It was OK cause I figure either she'd fix it til it was correct or tell me she would not be able to do it correct. The one modification (not a change, just asked for proper pronunciation), still had errors. The message attached was something along the lines of, "here's your final copy, no more modifications." I cannot use the delivered work so now I have to hire someone else. I asked before delivery day if she didn't understand anything. She ignored and didn't respond to me
